Set your timer for 20 minutes.  Then complete as much as you can of this total body workout in the 20 minutes to kickstart your post Christmas fitness routine and blast some of those extra calories consumed these holidays!

You will complete as many rounds as possible in a 20 minute count down! You MUST complete the TOTAL amount of reps of each exercise before moving onto the next.

  • Jump Squats
  • Push Ups
  • alt. V-Up Combo (Right, Left, Together)
  • Burpees

For the number of reps, use this sequence (Do 21 of each exercise, then do 18 of each, and so on):

21 – 18 – 15 – 12 – 9 – 6 – 3
